Additional Terms for Events
We organise and host many events across the year. If you are registering for the events, the following additional terms and conditions apply:
- Booking and Confirmation:
- By registering for the Event, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
- All bookings are subject to availability, and the booking is considered confirmed only upon receipt of full payment if any to Morley Indians (hereinafter referred to as the “Organizer”).
- Payment:
- Payments may be made through the payment methods provided by the Organizer.
- Cancellation and Refund:
- Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to the Organizer. Cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee as determined by the Organizer.
- Refunds are not allowed against cancellation.
- Event Changes:
- The Organizer reserves the right to make changes to the Event program, including but not limited to the schedule, location, speakers, and content. Any such changes will be communicated to registered participants as soon as possible.
- Attendee Responsibilities:
- Attendees are responsible for their own travel arrangements unless specified otherwise by the Organizer.
- Attendees must adhere to the Event rules and regulations, as well as any instructions provided by the Organizer and event staff during the event.
- Attendees are responsible for their personal belongings during the Event, and the Organizer shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, or theft of such belongings.
- Liability:
- The Organizer is not responsible for any personal injury, property damage, or loss suffered by attendees during the Event unless caused by the negligence of the Organizer.
- The Organizer shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising out of or in connection with the Event.
- Photography and Recording:
- Attendees may be photographed, filmed, or recorded during the Event. By attending the Event, attendees grant the Organizer permission to use such materials for promotional and marketing purposes.
- Force Majeure:
- The Organizer shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these terms and conditions due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of nature, war, terrorism, labour disputes, and government regulations.
- Governing Law:
- These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of UK in Leeds Jurisdiction.
